General Conditions of Sale<\/p>\n

1\/10. Preamble
These general conditions of sale are concluded between:

Hereinafter referred to as \u201cTHE BASIC EDITIONS\u201d

<\/span>Any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website dev.tutemetscombien.fr, via the Paybox e-transactions module of Cr\u00e9dit Agricole
<\/span>Hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe client\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

2\/10. Postulate
These general terms and conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of distance sales made via the website dev.tutemetscombien.fr (via the Paybox e-transactions module of Cr\u00e9dit Agricole). The order implies irrevocable acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale of LES EDITIONS DE BASE and PAYBOX. These general terms and conditions are subject to change. These general terms and conditions only apply to non-commercial individuals. These general terms and conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, in particular those applicable to in-store purchases.<\/p>\n

The customer declares:

\u2013 not to purchase products for the purpose of reselling them<\/p>\n

3\/10. Pricing
Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes, to which the VAT rate applicable on the day of the order is already applied. The price of the products is that applicable on the day of the order. Once the order has been placed, prices cannot be subject to any modification.<\/p>\n

The prices indicated on the site are guaranteed for the duration of the online posting and while stocks last. The total amount due indicated in the confirmation via the Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Paybox e-transactions module is the final price to be paid, expressed inclusive of all taxes. This price includes the price of the products, handling, packaging and storage costs, as well as any delivery costs.
BASIC EDITIONS reserves the right to change its prices at any time.<\/p>\n

4\/10. Order
The order can only be registered if the customer has clearly identified himself on the website dev.tutemetscombien.fr and via the Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Paybox e-transactions module by entering his personal data.
Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and products available for sale. Any dispute on this point will arise within the framework of a possible exchange between LES EDITIONS DE BASE and the customer.
LES EDITIONS DE BASE undertakes to honor orders received on the website only within the limits of available product stocks. In the event of unavailability, LES EDITIONS DE BASE undertakes to inform the customer. The customer will then have the option to cancel their order.
If the customer has not received their package two months after delivery, it will be returned to EDITIONS DE BASE's inventory and the customer will not be able to make any claims. In this case, the customer is invited to contact LES EDITIONS DE BASE.<\/p>\n

5\/10. Delivery
Purchased products remain the property of LES EDITIONS DE BASE until full payment of invoices, in accordance with the terms of Law No. 80 336 of May 1, 1980, relating to retention of title. However, the buyer becomes responsible for the items upon delivery, with the transfer of possession constituting a transfer of risks. All our offers are subject to availability without obligation and subject to prior sale.
Products purchased on the website dev.tutemetscombien.fr (via the Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Paybox e-transactions module) are only delivered to mainland France and Belgium. Any other request must be discussed with LES EDITIONS DE BASE regarding the delivery costs incurred.<\/p>\n

In the event of delivery, the products are delivered to the address agreed between the customer and LES EDITIONS DE BASE. In the event of an error in the recipient's contact details, the seller cannot be held responsible for any inability to deliver the goods.
The delivery deadline for any order placed is a maximum of 2 months after the order. LES EDITIONS DE BASE reserves the right to use the carrier of its choice to deliver the ordered products to the customer.
In the event of a delay in shipping, an email will be sent to the customer to inform them of any possible consequences on the delivery deadline indicated to them. An email will be sent to the customer proposing a new delivery date. In any event, in accordance with legal provisions, in the event of failure on the part of LES EDITIONS DE BASE to fulfill its obligation to deliver on the date or at the end of the period indicated, or, failing that, no later than 90 days after the conclusion of the contract, the customer may terminate the contract, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or in writing on another durable medium, if, after having ordered LES EDITIONS DE BASE, in the same manner, to make the delivery or provide the service within a reasonable additional period, the latter has not performed within this period.<\/p>\n

BASIC EDITIONS can ship internationally. Shipping costs will be charged to the customer as actual costs in addition.<\/p>\n

6\/10. Payment
Payment is made:
\u2022 Either by bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Carte Bleue, American Express, etc.) via the website dev.tutemetscombien.fr and via the Paybox e-transactions module of Cr\u00e9dit Agricole
\u2022 by transfer to the bank account of EDITIONS DE BASE or one of its representatives
\u2022 by check or cash from EDITIONS DE BASE during meetings with one of its representatives<\/p>\n

7\/10. Withdrawal
In accordance with current legal provisions, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their products to exercise their right of withdrawal from EDITIONS DE BASE without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the aforementioned period, the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded. The product must be intact, complete and unopened.
Beyond this period, no return of goods will be accepted for reimbursement by LES EDITIONS DE BASE.<\/p>\n

8\/10. Legal guarantees
In accordance with Articles L.211-4 to L.211-12 of the French Consumer Code, the customer benefits from a guarantee against defects in conformity of products purchased via our website. In this case, you must notify us in writing of the defects found and return the product(s) to us. If the lack of conformity is confirmed by after-sales service tests, we will exchange or repair the product depending on the cost involved in accordance with Article L.211-9 of the French Consumer Code. In accordance with Article L.211-11 of the French Consumer Code, return costs will be reimbursed, upon presentation of supporting documents, after return of the product if the lack of conformity is confirmed. The customer is therefore invited to keep the supporting documents for their returns. Otherwise, if they do not include them with their return, they will be reimbursed at the basic postal rate for the delivery of a parcel.<\/p>\n

9\/10. Competent jurisdiction
This contract is subject to French law. The language of this contract is French. In the event of a dispute, the courts will have sole jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute, the customer will first contact the company to seek an amicable solution.<\/p>\n
